Still irritates my stomach
I don’t consider myself to have a sensitive stomach, but when I take Zinc its very irritating. This is why I purchased this product because I heard that Zinc Bisglycinate won’t irritage your stomach. I took this last night and I felt that I might throw up. I ate some crackers and my stomach camled down. Don’t take this on an empty stomach. It is still much less irritating that non Bisglycinate Zinc, therefore, I will continue to take it.
