I love this product!! If you’re having irregular periods myo and inositol is the way to go!! This is a great brand!! I ran out for almost a month and my period was late the next time. By almost a wee. Got back on it and my next period was exactly 28 days. It has helped me a lot with my pcos and pms symptoms. I will keep stocked to keep me regular.

Useful Supplement
This is one of the most intriguing supplements out there, and definitely one that requires a little investigation before you embark on using it regularly. That said, this is a good version this supplement, as far as I can tell. Besides the fact that I don’t have a lab to verify that what’s in the capsules is what’s supposed to be in the capsules, my only real dislike of this supplement is that you have to take four capsules a day of the supplement. They don’t have an overt taste and don’t upset my stomach, but they aren’t tiny, and four capsules seems a lot to add daily to a supplement regimen. A good version of this supplement if you’re looking for one, though!

Need to increase potency
The quantity is a little low for the price. The potency should be higher so one would only need to take two capsules per day and not four! Too many capsules per serving. Inositol is known for controlling hormones and may increase fertility in men and women.
