Works like a charm for anxiety and anger issues caused by overstimulation/stress
This lemon balm is AMAZING! Taste is very sweet when you use the liquid by itself, but it blends very nicely with teas. Smell is natural, not bad. Liquid is like a golden brown color. I bought this because I was having a really hard time with some extreme anxiety during the day and sometimes at night accompanied with sleeplessness, and anger issues due to stress and overstimulation. I’m not into smoking 🍃 and I definitely do not like taking medication, that’s just my personal preference. I usually only take ashwaganda because that helps, but I needed something stronger and something that has effects faster and something I could also potentially use during the day. I usually do the recommended amount on the bottle, but every now and then I’ll go up or down on the dosage, depending on how zen-ed out I need to be and what time of day it is. If I take this during the day, I almost always go way down on the dosage because I’m extremely sensitive to things like this and it’ll put me to sleep lol. I usually use it at night, sometimes I’ll put it in my tea or just drop the liquid directly on my tongue. This stuff helps me calm down and zens me out so easily and it does work really fast. I only ever use during the day if I’m about to flip my biscuit. 😂 But yeah, works like a charm and I definitely recommend. 👌🏽

Works as a sleep aid
Decent taste. I got it for my gut health but didn’t realize it puts you to sleep. I can’t really feel the tiredness until you close your eyes and I’m instantly sleeping until the next morning. I do wake up a little groggy. But it could affect people differently. I haven’t used it enough to see if it helps with bloating because it makes me tired every time I take it.

I can’t believe that I can find the oils, resins roots & herbs that I need here on Amazon, but here we are. Works perfectly, and is exactly what I needed. I add a drop to my oil mixture and love the relaxing note that it adds.
