This supplement worked slightly better for me than Calm My Brain. I prefer this one. I’ve noticed I have better focus and increased productivity since taking it. I like that it can help for people that work out; that’s good for me because I lift weights. I definitely recommend it.

GOOD SUPPLEMENT HUGE CAPSULES
This is one of the better supplements for anxiety/falling a sleep that I have found over the years. Unfortunately the capsules are HUGE and hard to swallow, which is a true bummer.

I think it’s working…I take 2 a day for anxiety and nervousness…might be the placebo effect but at least something feels different. I laugh a lot more…breathe a lot better…kinda weird considering there’s no clinically proven connection that GABA can enter through the Blood Brain Barrier. The other ingredients are probably what’s actually working most. I think I’ll increase the dose to three a day. No negative side effects yet.

I have taken this product many times in my life and usually the pills stay white. The efficacy of this product is very good. It definitely calms down my brain and body. But I am not sure what happened to this particular batch and when I contacted Brian MD directly they said I would have to contact Amazon and since I ordered this particular bottle five months ago, it doesn’t seem like there is a way that I can get a refund or a new bottle. Super disappointed as I have a good amount of capsules left. Stored in a cool, dry place as always also.
