Quality Ingredients, Energy Boost, But Pricey
I notice a big difference in my energy when I take these and I feel better. I don’t have trouble swallowing them but they’re easy to break apart if you find they are too big. No stomach upset, but they are expensive, so I don’t always take 3 a day.I really love that they are nightshade and legume free since I can’t eat those. No tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, peas, soy, goji berries… Every other brand I’ve looked at has at least one of those ingredients so I will continue buying these.

The product is great, I take it everyday and notice a difference in energy. Don’t buy it from Amazon. Twice now I have received a shattered glass bottle of vitamins, and Amazon will not replace the broken delivery. Go to the health food store to buy vitamins.

Perfect Nutrition in Pill Form
Great product that is easy to swallow and provides a great supplement to a clean diet. I use this to replace the superfood powder that was too high in niacin for me. I can adjust the amount I take to only 1 tablet per day and still get a good amount of nutrition. I’m a fan.

I know it is too soon, but…
I have only been taking these for about a week, but I can already see a difference in my energy level, amount of inflammation in my body, and less stomach issues.My little sis researches a lot of health issues, and she gives me advice whether I ask for it or not. I am actually very grateful for it because I do not have the time that she does to research. She was checking out the vitamins that I was taking (Alive) and suggested that I try SuperFood 100.At first, the price dissuaded me, but after calculating the monthly price, I figure that it is better than I used to spend on a bunch of separate bottles of all the different vitamins I thought I needed. I do not claim to eat healthy, so it is important to me to get some greens in somehow. Spinach and Spring Mix are really the only greens I can tolerate.I highly recommend this supplement because if you can tell a good difference on the first day you take something, it must be pretty effective.

Healthy way to supplement your diet
American Botanical Pharmacy makes excellent products that I recommend to anyone trying to improve their health. This powder dissolves very quickly in water and is easy to drink. I’m using it to bolster my nutrition with natural rather than artificially produced ingredients.
