By the second day ot kicks in and cleans you out. It will have you on the toilet several times a day. Do a cleanse every 6 months with this, it works great.

I normally never write reviews for anything but I have to for this. I have tried other colon cleanses and they just made me feel sick and my stomach hurt. However, I’m only on day 3 and I’m already down 2 pounds. I take 2 before bed and drink plenty of water. Since taking these, I have used the restroom at least 4-5 times per day. I have slept amazing the past few nights and has definitely been clearing my system. I 100% recommend these especially if you’re someone like me who struggles with consistent bowel movements. Doesn’t hurt my stomach but I will warn you, it really does make you poop A LOT but that’s the goal.

I want to give my opinion. To be honest, one pill didn’t work for me. Two pills were effective for me. My stomach felt like it was boiled and exploded. I mean, a lot of air. My stomach was so low that I couldn’t believe it. It really is a good product. I think it’s fine to continue taking it because we humans always eat junk food from time to time, and let’s not say no because that’s how it is. So, this kills fat. It’s similar to a tea that I drank a while ago, but they stopped selling it,that’s why I’m happy with the results.

Cleans You Out
Oh my did this clean everything out. I’m over a week in and I have only been taking one capsule a day. The first three days of this cleanse I was absolutely exhausted. I had a headache and severe cramps. I also had to run for the restroom several times. I was not taking a binder at first (I highly recommend one with fulvic & humid acid with bentonite clay!) and started on the fourth day with the binder and that made a world of difference. Now if you look closely at your waste afterwards you are going to see things you don’t want or expect to and it may get gross but I feel a million times better. The taste is like a gelatin pill and is easy to take. I usually chug half a glass of water, take the pill and the binder and then chug the other half. I also take stinging nettle and various vitamins every night and it has not interfered with them. Happy cleansing if you choose to do it, but coming from a skeptic I now highly recommend

Perfect reset
After a friend sent me the link to this product to simply read the reviews (which I did) I decided to purchase the product to see if it lived up to the hype.and let me just tell you it did!Day 1 I accidently took two capsules not realizing I should have started out with 1….. I was all in at this point .it took about 5 hours to kick in but when it did LORD HAVE MERCY!!! It did not come to play!On that day It was so brutal I remembered many users saying they found Jesus and I felt I was about to meet him…But my soul wasn’t right and my body was too unclean – So I had to repent first! I couldn’t meet my maker with a defiled body. So I LITERALLY yelled out ” LORD I repent, for every sinful thing I have ever eaten in my life”As Jesus and the holy spirit entered the restroom I realized we would be spending the next week together while these pills worked with God himself to purify me from the inside out…..for the next 4 days. I had to drink tons of water to stay hydrated, did not leave the house and I learned that I could do all things through Christ which strengthened me.On day five I felt like there was a breakthrough and Satans stronghold on my body was being release. I was still quoting lines from old Baptist Hymnals like -I believe I will run on and see what the ends going to be, and we will understand It better by and by. I did find I liked to take them around 3:00 pm so by the time I was ending the day I was home and could prepare for the purge!. I found if I took at night there was too much action in the morning and I couldn’t work out properly.By day 7 things got so heated I questioned who I was! I had barely eaten anything as my cravings were subsiding, however the heat leaving my body would make one think I went to hell and had a flaming sandwich. Although it was fire in the hole I know the cleanse was working I felt lighter, was sleeping better, and skin was clearing up. At this point I remembered the scene from the movie “Dumb and Dumber” as well as bridesmaids. Fortunately the lord was still with me and by my side.Day 8 was quiet and just gassy to be honestSo by day 9, I just knew It was safe to go see avatar with the family….I didn’t know the movie was 3 HOURS… and I ate popcorn. So by the time it was over I had to make my way to the restroom and tell my family it would be a while they could head out and I would uber home! I had no choice. By this point I was carrying airfreshner with me in case these moments happened in public…It was my way of being proactive and an unsaid apology at the same time!Day 13 I ended up with a cold sore flair up that rarely happens along with my face breaking out.. final stage of the cleanse for me.I did finish all 14 days And I can say I was purified to recommit my self to Christ , who sticks closer than any brother and clean eatingI would do this again, it was the reset I needed and I would like to see how it is after I have been more intentional with eating healthyHope this helps! I would totally give this gift to close friends in love and annoying neighbors for revenge. Good Luck!
