Forrest Fresh: Good; Sun-Kissed Linen: 🤢
The Forest Fresh blend makes me feel so at ease. I used to spend so much time in the forest, but for various reasons I haven’t been able to in a while and won’t be able to for a while. This gives me my dose of the forest every time I need it (which is a lot). I love it so much. I just wish it were cheaper because I go through these bottles pretty quickly. I use an atomizer and each bottle lasts me about 2-3 weeks. I would buy this in bulk if I could!Now for the Sun-kissed linen scent. This smells like walking into a 100-year old room that my someone’s great-grandfather STRICTLY used daily to put on globs of cologne that he felt made him super suave. It doesn’t though. This just makes me want to actually vomit. Honestly, I don’t have a weak stomach but holy **** this was bad. Super unexpected and really disappointed how horrible it is because it’s not cheap. I hate wasting things but this is a bottle of toxic sludge that I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemies, and I question the character and olfactory senses of anyone who thinks they like it. Beware. Do not buy Sun-kisses linen. The world doesn’t need more pain and suffering.

Nice, Strong, Unexpected
The Amber Oud is very nice and VERY strong, it smells very like chai, maybe a little sharper and less sweet, I think I’ll combine it with a vanilla or rose to soften it a little. I obviously didn’t really want a chai scent, or I would have ordered that one, but it is very pleasant. It is also VERY strong, I put a drop or two on a post it, and had to dab just a little off and put it an arm’s length away to feel like I was experiencing the scent without being bludgeoned by it, because I was starting to get a headache. This is ultimately a good thing, since I won’t have to use a lot, but something to keep in mind. I would definitely recommend ordering from this brand / seller, the product is nice, and they sent an extremely tiny, adorable bonus bottle of something sort of minty, which I don’t especially like, but I appreciate. Just be aware that the scents may not be exactly what you expect, though this may only be true for the blends.

Hopeful but disappointed
Let me tell you, I was so excited to get this in. I’m craving Fall and Winter and couldn’t wait to diffuse this.And then it came in…..The Amazon packaging was fine. The packing within the Amazon packaging was not. I could tell when I pulled out the bubble mailer that there was an issue. It was oily and I could smell the scent very strongly. When I pulled the tab to open the mailer, the plastic kinda just stretched due to being so oil soaked.Once I got into the packaging, I pulled the contents out. There was the bottle that I ordered and a trial sample (I love getting these and smelling new scents). The sample is full and all is good. The bottle of Winter Wonderland was sealed but entirely empty. When I opened and broke the seal, I found that the clear plastic stopper (that slows the flow) was entirely missing.I live in a rural area and our nearest UPS store is 35 miles away. So, in order to get a return or replacement I’ve got to drive an empty bottle 35 miles and mail it off. Then wait.Frustrated. But we shall see.

I love this oil and was so disappointed when I found it was a seasonal oil and no longer on EG’s website. I am a frequent customer of EG and have been for a number of years. Until now I have always ordered off their website but somehow I saw Friends and Family offered here and was delighted. I immediately ordered 2 and have since ordered it 2more times. This is a wonderful fragrance to fill your home with and I don’t care what season it is, this is great!About 12 years ago I became aware of Essential Oils and the many benefits they offer. I initially bought oils from a number of companies until I became more knowledgeable about EOs and began investigating EO companies to determine which ones provide 100% pure oils at a reasonable price. Over a bit of time I determined I would buy only from a small # of companies with Eden Gardens being my usual favorite. I will also purchase oils from Plant Therapies but not their blends. I love Eden Gardens singles and blends. I also purchase certain oils from Lotus Gardens and Stillpoint. They have some more unusual or hard to find oils and all their products are wonderful!So glad I found this source of Friends and Families, or at least until they run out of them!!
