Perfect remedy for naturally reducing stress/cortisol and helping you fall sleep at night. Great for women in menopause. I’ve researched that it’s beneficial to cycle on and off of it for weeks at a time but recommend everyone to do their own research 🙏. (Definitely better than any ashwaganda gummies)
