Amazing product and fantastic customer service
Elderberry syrup is incredible by itself and when I am using it regularly I rarely get sick when others in the office are falling like leaves in a wind storm.I was not sure what to expect from this brand, but I did like that it had no fillers. No additives… no fluff. So I thought, why not? I ordered my first bottle. Well, they ship USPS… and as with anything when you ship with the United States Postal Service, the first bottle got lost.I contacted the seller through Amazon a week after I was supposed to receive the syrup and Amazon says it will be 3 days before I will hear from them… well if that doesn’t put a bee in my bonnet. But, within the hour, this company responded and sent me out a new package. I received it a few days later.Great customer service!!! The second time – fast shipping – the first shipping debauchle wasn’t the company’s fault – every one knows how the USPS is now days.In fact, the second bottle just showed up today, almost a month after I ordered it, and that’s okay, I messaged them to see how to pay them. This stuff tastes amazing! The elderberry, cinnamon and honey are topped off with the anise star for a well rounded flavor. Whether you take it as a shot, mix it in a smoothie or make a hot tea out of it, it is a win.Even the glass bottle it comes in is a keeper and can be reusable for other things because of the quality.All in all, this company, and this product are incredible.

Great tasting
I have purchased this twice now, for one person daily use it last about three month. It tastes good, not gritty. I use it straight or add water and ice make a glass of juice both ways are equally good. It is well wrapped for shipping, no leaks. The seal pops when you open it so you know it had been appropriately processed.It is definitely, pricey but I have tried a number of versions and this one really is the best tasting and I can take added dosage to help boost immunity if I feel a cold coming on. I would recommend this product.
