Works every time
I am a flight attendant and when I ran across this product I was doubtful. I have tried many defense type products over the years and would still end up with a cold or just under the weather during the winter. I have been using this product for over a year now and my family uses it as well. It works every time but we always have it on hand and we start a pack the day we start feeing sick. I believe that is the most effective way to use the product. By the end of day two I can tell I’m feeling better. This product is amazing and it had kept me and my family healthy through two winters and lots of traveling!

This stuff is MAGIC. My family and I (and lots of friends I’ve turned into it) buy it in bulk so when we feel something coming on, we have a pack ready to go. I always take a pack when I travel or make sure I have them on hand when a busy / stressful week is coming up. Clearly it isn’t going to solve everything but has knocked out or cut my recovery time in half or more with common cold type symptoms. HIGHLY recommend.

For those under the weather days
Usually take another brand of vitamins when I’m sick but I decided to try this brand instead since it was a little less expensive than the other ones I normally buy. I feel like they helped but were probably not as good as my original ones that I use. Maybe I need to try them again but it couldn’t hurt to give these a try.
