I have been using this for awhile. I wanted a natural solution and on the advice of the owner of a health food store this was offered to me and I have used it for several years. I take it 2 times a day it is a capsule there is no taste and it is a normal capsule

My mom and I both take Osteo Bone Health. Personally, I think it is the best bone formula on the market, and I have tried a couple of them. It has calcium, magnesium, K1, K2, D3, and it is alkalinizing. The capsules are easy to swallow compared to the giant, chalky tablets found in other bone supplements. It is also free of gluten and soy. Most importantly, my mom’s bone density test improved after taking this supplement.

Absolutely the best Calcium/Magnesium/VitD3 supplement out there!
It has 1000mg Calcium, 500mg Magnesium, 1000iu D3, 99mg Potassium, K1, K2 that is easily digested and absorbed by the body to the Probiotic, Prebiotic Enzymes, and Raw Whole Food based formula. The ingredients are those found in digestive enzyme formulas and anti-inflammatory formulas, but all in one bottle. It is 6 capsules daily, but I have never found anything that worked as well at absorbing the CalMagVitD3 nutrients needed for my competitive athletic children’s growing bodies or my aging self 🙂 My hair and nails are growing healthier for the first time in my life and we all just feel healthier.

KEEP STANDING TALL
I have kept my height over the years due to supplements like this. I needed to find a new oneand this has all the minerals I need. A younger sister has lost several inches in height. Over the same time frame, I have only lost half an inch. I rely on Osteo Bone Health to keep standing tall.

Disgusting!!
I have bought this supplement several times, the last two times I ordered it I saw that the nutritional information has nothing to do with what they advertise, these two bottles do not have 1000 mg of calcium, nor the other values and it costs the same, so the advertising is being misleading. I was confident that I was giving my mother the 1000 mg dose but it has not been, I am quite disappointed.
