Burning sensation in eyes, eyelids and skin around eyes.
Bought this product because I have used other Eminence skin care products in the past. The “Herbal Eye Makeup Remover” burns my eyelids and eyes and I need to wash off after using. Also does not remove eye makeup very well. I have to stop using due to the burning sensation. I will not order again and would appreciate a refund or credit to purchase the product I usually use. Thank you.

This entire line of skin care is absolutely wonderful. I have been using it for 3 years now, and I will never use another line of products. I absolutely love the fact products are all organic; the smells of the product are incredible. I highly recommended this entire skin care line!

Burns the eyes
I am a licensed esthetician, and I used Eminence Organic Skin Care in my practice. However, I do not recall this product burning or irritating the eyes. I used it on clients, and they never complained. I have not practiced esthetics in years, nor have I used Eminence in the years since, but I decided to purchase this now because I changed my mascara and normal face wash was not removing it. When I took the time to look at the ingredients of most eye make up removers, I did not want to expose my eyes to the chemicals. But, I would not have purchased this knowing it would be so irritating. I would like to know what has changed about the formula. Eminence is not normally harsh, and on their website, one of the benefits from this product is that the eyes should appear refreshed and revitalized. How can your eyes feel refreshed when they’re burning? Even the chemical laden eye makeup removers did not burn or irritate my eyes. Will not purchase again.
