This stuff really really works if u want it to!!You have to squirt on your tongue and have discipline to use it and not eat ur sweets ur craving. Once u use it and u eat something sweet u can not taste anything sweet. How it works is like magic.

Tastes horrible, but it works pretty well
Given that I’m seeing some reviewers claim that they were offered a bribe by the company to give a good review, I feel the need to say that in no way is that the case here. I’m just giving my 100% genuine experience with this product.So to start out, omg the taste of the spray… It’s awful T_T I’ve always hated the taste of mint though, so I wouldn’t worry too much about it. If you don’t hate mint like me, you’ll probably be fine. It really just tastes like mint gum (blegh). I can tolerate it, just not happily.That all said, the product really does work – if you use it right! That’s super important because the first time I used it, I did it wrong. I used it the same way I saw it used in a Facebook advertisement, which is annoying because the company is releasing advertising that shows people doing the wrong thing.How it was shown in the video, and how I used it the first time, was by spraying it twice in my mouth and then immediately eating a pop tart. Bad idea! That means the sides and front of your tongue won’t have any product on them, and they’ll pick up the sweetness still. It also means that every bite gets sweeter and sweeter as the product quickly wears off. There’s a paper that comes with the product which says to fully coat your WHOLE tongue (far back, sides, tip, etc), and to wait 20-30 minutes before eating or drinking. That really is crucial for any level of success.The second time I used it, I sprayed my mouth more and made sure to get all of my tongue, and then I waited the 30 minutes. That time around it worked great! The brownies I tried to eat tasted like cardboard and I had no desire to finish them. My sugar craving immediately died at that point and I decided to go eat my leftover salad instead. The dressing on that salad was tasteless but I ate it anyway. The vegetables had more flavor than the brownies at least! I think it’s important to know that the act of spraying this stuff isn’t what kicks the sugar craving, it’s following through and trying to eat that sweet thing, and then having it taste nasty that does it.Throughout the rest of the day I found myself testing the product on other foods, making sure to coat well and wait the half hour. I tried mac and cheese, a sandwich, veggie soup and some potato chips – all of which tasted perfectly normal. I also tried another pop tart, brownie, cookie, flavored yogurt and sweetened juice, which all tasted like chewing on a box lid. I never got past one or two bites with any of them.TLDR – This product ONLY works if you follow the directions on the paper included with the product. Coat your whole tongue (the far back was where I kept missing with the spray) and wait a half hour before eating, or you’ll just have bad results.

The taste is horrible, it almost made me puke, but yes, you don’t crave sugar. Actually you don’t crave anything due the horrible taste in your mouth. It just sticks to the tongue in a way that you almost fell like you’re never gonna taste anything again lolSince I’m super addicted to sugar, I will keep trying. So far didn’t helped, but I guess it’s more like a me problem than the product itself.

Pricey but mostly works
Taste is strong minty but not terrible. I can still taste a little sweet but hardly. It definitely makes eating or drinking something sweet non enjoyable. It doesn’t last too long. I haven’t measured the time but if I had to guess, maybe an hour or hour 1/2. Not positive but I think its been kind of messing with my stomach a little. Ive only had it for a few days so I haven’t noticed a reduction in cravings yet. I think its a little pricey but give it a shot.

Well the taste is like Listerine before the changed the ingredients burns like it. But I used it yesterday for the first time. I usually crave sweets after I eat or late at night. I’m going through menopause and I do not like sweets before I started menopause and all I want is sweets so far so good. I haven’t had sweets in one day and I only used it once fingers crossed and if I don’t eat anymore sweets, maybe I’ll lose some weight. I’m carrying this though everywhere I go. Even the taste is crazy, but I’ll get used to it and I don’t know if it’s a placebo, but I give it five stars even with the funky taste.

I thought I would need this to quit sugar. Turns out I never needed this.
I’m a lifelong sugar addict (52 now) and have always felt like sugar is the giant demon that I’ll have to battle to quit. I bought this spray thinking I wouldn’t have the willpower and would use this before any sweets. I tried it. It works. I sprayed, tried my favorite chocolate bar and chocolate chip cookie and they were completely and totally bland and non-rewarding. I thought that was great. But then I just stopped eating sweets, processed food and any added sugar. The first couple of days were challenging, but after that, it was strangely easy. I’m about 7 weeks in now, my skin has never been clearer, I dropped 14 pounds and never feel bloated after a meal. If this spray works for you – that’s great. I never tried it again after day 1 and found great success without it. I’m off sugar forever now. I have no interest of going back – none. I guess I could use this as a party trick now, but otherwise I have no need for it.

I LOVE this product! I use it everyday after lunch at work and I no longer want anything sweet near my mouth after my meal, and my breath is much better chatting to coworkers until the end of my shift. Woohoo!My first delivery from Amazon, the product tasted terrible and lots of black sediment was inside when I opened the bottle…I emailed the Support email on the Juniper website, they responded fast and let me know my bottle must have been bad as its difficult to mix the ingredients well. Anwyays, they sent me a replacement free of charge and it is awesome. I totally understand the mishap as it is natural ingredients and a unique product. Thanks Juniper!!!!!
