Great Tasting Vegan Chocolate Shake
I had found these a couple of times at a pharmacy, but can no longer find the chocolate in any store. Sometimes they had an odd bean under-taste. The ones I ordered from the manufacturer tasted great, but they charged a lot and it took a long time to arrive. I ordered them from Amazon and they came the same day. Tasted great! I really love the chocolate. To me it isn’t like I’m forcing myself to drink something I need to be healthy. It is a treat and I look forward to having one every day.

No dairy, lactose or whey!
I’m on a strict diet (IBS-D, ulcers, bowel problems etc). This is the ONLY Ensure product that I don’t have cramps & tastes GOOD! When I just need something nutritious with vitamins (I can’t do pill vitamins) but my stomach can’t tolerate any real food I grab a carton, drink a quarter of it & feel better! Because of health problems I prefer vegan (no dairy or lactose) Ensure. This is perfect!

Tasty, but causes stomach pain
Not bad taste wise, but watery thin. Not chalky. Perfect size. The problem is it caused terrible stomach pain hours later. Apparently not uncommon, especially if one has GI issues, or even lactose intolerance. So disappointed.

I tried this product to avoid drinking dairy based ones but didn’t like its taste or the unpleasant aftertaste it left in my mouth. It’s good the company is trying to cater for people who are vegan or can’t eat dairy for other reasons, however I wouldn’t order this product again. In general, all the manufactured protein drinks are excessively sweet and full of artificial ingredients. I only use them because of severe malnutrition and medical advice but would never use any if I were able to eat sufficient real food for proper nutrition.
