Hands down, best bone broth we’ve ever bought. Yes, I know it’s pricey but the flavor is amazing. And we’ve come to like the size because we can make just one large bowl of soup either by itself or by easily adding vegies, proteins and or grains. It’s very versatile! The flavor stands on its own, unlike most packaged broths, and yet it doesn’t overpower any spice profiles that we choose to add.May sound odd, but this broth has some apple cider vinegar in it but the flavor comes across as slightly and deliciously citrusy.We love it for a Mexican spiced soup and for Asian spiced soups or just good ‘ol chicken and noodle/rice soups!Highly recommend!

ACV levels high in this one! Tang levels ACTIVATE!!!
This product was very high quality and look great (from a packaging standpoint) BUT I did not realize that apple cider vinegar (ACV) was an ingredient, let alone what tasted like a main ingredient. The tang/sourness (a tang/sourness lover) was too much for me. Because of this it was less enjoyable than I expected. I be fair though, I am sipping this straight it is not being used to create/use in dishes. As a straight sipper, not my jam. Also, it could have used a bit more salt.

I used to enhance flavor of mashed potatoes
I like the flavor, but didn’t drink it as broth. At times I have to eat soft foods and often eat mashed potatoes. Trying to add protein to meals, and enhance the flavor of my mashed potatoes, this really had a flavor I liked.

its ok, more flavor than needed for bone broth
pricey for the size, its 2 bowls of soup broth for $8. Also, its a bit over herbed on the funky stuff. I buy bone broth to heal my insides more than for intense flavor. so , after trying this, I’ll say I prefer a more plain version like Butcher’s Bone Broth where i can gently season and spice to my taste.
