Zen Principle Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides is my favorite collagen product. I’ve been using it for years.Initially, I chose it because it’s from Grass-Fed cows, making it a lot healthier. After I started using it,my nails became very strong whereas before they were peeling. My hair is much thicker and my skin issmoother than it was., so I’m happy about that.I like to experiment with it, using it in my Smoothies and even my Oatmeal Cookies and Homemade Ice Cream.It has a good taste and dissolves well in the liquids I’ve tried. Plus it’s one of the best prices out there. I highly recommend it!

I have purchased this multiple times.The product truly does completely dissolve and is flavorless.But, full honesty, I put it in a jug that holds 60oz of water. So, it has ample dissolving opportunity.I notice a big difference in my skin if I go without this for a while (like when traveling).This product definitely helps with my skin firmness and texture.Note: I actually use a serving and a half per day. Fantastic Price for a Quality, Fresh, Great Collagen Peptides Powder!I’ve used five different brands and wanted to reduce my monthly cost by buying quantity without sacrificing quality. I researched this wholesome business and am very impressed with their philosophy and long history.I use 20 grams of Collagen Peptides Powder twice a day. This is modified from their panel recommendations.The skin enhancing, joint pain, and protein energy boost is just as good as the other top brands, one of which is a popular name brand found in stores for 3 X’s this price! This mixes well in hot liquids and none that claimed to mix in cold liquids actually did not clump. The smell and taste is exceptionally mild, comparatively. Their claims to ship freshly produced products are true! The shelf life on my 3 pounds is two years.However fresh and mild smelling this may be, the stuff still makes me gag when in my plain coffee. All the others were worse. So, on a whim I heated my chocolate milk in the microwave after not enjoying the collagen powder in my yogurt or kefir, either. FYI: it doesn’t clump in these when I whisk it in the yogurt or use the nutribullet for the kefir, or make a smoothie, if you prefer these foods instead. While the taste is disguised in these, the texture of both items changed too much from creamy to drier, semi powdery for my preference.I just prefer to start my day with liquids, as in coffee and more coffee and jumper cables. The hot cocoa with Collagen Powder is complimentary and I prefer not to mix them because the hot cocoa is the bomb.As one of those who has to keep the calories up to keep weight on, and requires a high protein intake for energy, I use milk. I got hooked on Fairlife Whole or 2% Chocolate Milk, and their regular Whole Milk, for it’s reduced sugars, enhanced protein content, very long refrigerator life due to its ultra high processing, lactaid free, and what for me totally had me at hello is it’s the creamiest, yummiest milk I’ve ever had. If you live with fresh dairy on a ranch or farm, I’m jelly! Sort of. Fairlife milk products are the bomb.I had run out of Collagen Peptides for three weeks before the funds came for this order and wow, did I notice the difference in my skin, face, joints, and energy levels. I was back on non-steroidal anti inflammatory meds 3 and 4 X a day. Haven’t needed a one within three days back on my collagen peptides.This is really good. I’ve had a few other gaps in the past and it took 8 to 10 days to start feeling the benefits.I only write a few reviews IF I’m highly enthusiastic about a product. About as good as it probably gets
I mix this with protein powder and powdered peanut butter in a tall glass using 1% milk. Usually 1.5 scoops of this stuff. Mixes decent, some small clumps always left over. Big clumps don’t taste great but it’s tolerable. I mix with a spoon, in a blender (or in hot liquid) it might mix entirely. It’s also competing with other ingredients in my shakes and the milk can only dissolve so much. I haven’t used any other similar collagen powders so I can’t compare, but it mixes about as well as hoped so I’ll likely buy again.Update: I’ve found it mixes very well into warm/hot liquids. My wife makes me hot chocolate with this stuff and it disappears and adds no flavor. Since discovering that I have been consuming more regularly and I’ve gotta say I think it’s helping. Hard to tell, could just be me using better form or getting stronger in general, but my joints don’t have that “stressed” feeling to them anymore, even after heavy sets and ROM work like incline curls or cable overhead extensions. Hopefully it keeps up, maybe I’ll come back and throw a 5th star on.

Have been using for about a month
I was using another brand but decided to try something new. This one works just as well as the previous brand and I am still having lots of days without pain. I have rheumatoid arthritis with lots of pain everywhere. Since starting with collagen my pain has been much less – this brand is just as good at keeping my pain away. I find it blends well with my coffee in the morning – I have not noticed any taste from it. I really like having the big plastic container (will reuse / repurpose it once empty) and happy that I took a chance with this brand. I will be buying it again.UPDATE: It’s been a couple of months now and still using this brand. My extremely weak fingernails for the first time in my life are now hard and difficult to bend. And they are getting long again. I am so excited…this did not happen using the other collagen product. This is my new go to for collagen as long as it stays affordable. I used the other product for over a year and my nails were a little stronger but not much. Now they are very strong and longer than they have been in years. I imagine my bones are getting stronger too. I have noticed a difference in my skin on my face too. Less sagging for sure. Really impressed by this product.

I am trying this new brand cos of competitive pricing. I had consumed collagen for the last 3 years, started with top Brand’s and tried other Brand’s, before settled with Zint LLC for the last 2 years.Many research has done on collagen, but none is conclusive as to it’s benefits and if at all our bodies needs it. Most asked to have a 3rd party certification to be on the safe side. That said, some truth is evidence, like faster growth of nails and hair. A white paper done in 2020 by Cleanlabel projects on most Brand’s on the market, reveal most Brand’s have presence of one or more of Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead, Mercury or Metal. Only less than a handful Brand’s come clean.On the amino acids proportion, it is worth to note, a large proportion goes to Glycine and Proline.For this brand, there is no strange smell, nor you burp with any smell. However, very noticeable are lumps on hot liquid or my morning coffee. It need to take a while to dissolved it, with repeated stirring. So, cold liquid will have trouble. Also the scoop provided may not be accurate. Most brand recommend a daily amount of 12gms.I may not continue using this brand.
