I’m not on the keto diet but bought these for high carb foods like pizza and pasta. Dieting does work but eventually you will fall off the wagon. What I do is save my higher carb meal for dinner and I’ll take 3 of these 10 minutes before I eat. All I did was add lemon water a 5 times a day. Fresh sliced lemon. I lost 10 pounds in a month. I don’t workout but I do walk 10,000-14,000 steps a day. But I did that before these pills. I am still losing weight!
