Easy to take packages
The flavor is pretty decent, and I like how convenient it is since it comes in little packages. It’s great for traveling and really easy to drink I usually just take it with some juice or water. I noticed results within about thirty minutes, and I didn’t feel any jitteriness, just a nice boost of energy.

Pretty effective, awful packaging
First off, regarding the flavor, if you’ve ever had ginseng before, you should know it doesn’t exactly taste good, but is hardly inedible. So the reviews acting like this is undrinkable are honestly ridiculous and seem to be written by the pickiest of eaters. It tastes like ginseng, so kinda earthy/herbal-y, with a significant sweetness, and oddly enough, banana flavor. There’s real banana puree listed in the ingredients and it’s definitely in there. Not enough to cover the ginseng, but it’s noticeable. Each horribly designed packet has a “tear away” that’s supposed to evenly rip across the top, but always starts to open it down the middle, which results in it spilling everywhere. I’ve started opening them exclusively with scissors because of this. The formula is extremely liquid and is pretty much just like water, so it goes down very easy and doesn’t even really leave an after taste, so if the flavor is such a problem for you, just slam it down and chase with a sip of juice and all trace of it will disappear.Overall, these were pretty effective not having any caffeine, and I noticed a difference when I took it, but the packaging is frankly unusable in its current state and they need to rethink it. A poorly perforated strip on an easy to rip down the center plastic packet that holds a supplement that’s the consistency of water should have been obvious to the makers why it’s a bad idea, but I guess not.

NASTY Flavor, but should be effective
I really wanted to like this, but tbh I couldn’t even eat it to test. Based on the ingredients, especially the Taurine, this IN THEORY should be effective.However the flavor is absolutely wretched, which I’m dinging two stars for. I don’t usually do this for subjective things like flavor, but it’s so bad I think that people need to know in order to decide whether or not to get this. Forget taking the whole tube during the workout, I couldn’t manage a sip standing in my kitchen. Just one sip and I threw out the whole box. If you wouldn’t mind sacrificing your taste buds for an energy boost, go crazy. But just saying, there are much better tasting alternatives. I’d rather just make a second batch of preworkout and slurp that down halfway through, but hey, to each their own.

I thought these Ginseng sticks were a nice alternative to a caffinated energy drink. They didnt give a big boost of energy, more like a steady flow to keep going, so it was a different feel than drinking a pre-workout or having a cup of coffee. It was convenient and easy to drink just rip open the stick and squeeze. I didnt mind the taste, kind of like a black coffee, or one of those old fashioned coffee candies, just a hint of bitter. The brand is reputable and I trust the ingredients, clearly marked and with a long expiration date.
