Good Product So Far
This product seems to work as advertised. Taking it a half hour before scheduled sleep time is working well for initiating a good rest time. Also, the fat-burning feature seems to work too, but that will take sometime to see how well it works as a nighttime fat-burner.

Really good product
It is a very effective product. I usually take it about 30-45 min before bed. It has a relaxing effect as it sends you off to beddie-by-land. I have also been able to sleep throughout the night. After a few weeks I’ve notice a difference in my weight loss goal. In addition to a restful sleep I wake up energized and full of gusto!! Very gentle on your stomach and easily to take. I will continue to use nitelean. I’m happy to endorse this product

I recently went on a health journey that included NiteLean. It’s a good product and helped out with hunger cravings at night. But because it’s an overnight fat burner and doesn’t use thermogenics, it’s not going to be as effective as normal fat burners so it will take longer to see the results if you only use this product. Not to mention the added melatonin helps you fall asleep faster which is helpful for people who struggle to fall asleep.

I fall asleep within 30 minutes after taking the one pill!I was able to get myself off of taking a sleeping pill at night though they did knock me out to sleep the entire evening through morning, when I woke up, I was very groggy every morning!I am 62 years old and have been in menopause since age 50 by the mid to late 50s very difficult to lose weight plus difficult to reach REM deep sleep and sleep the night through the morning!Taking this supplement really helped me very quickly to get off of the bad habit of taking a OTC sleeping pill.The past three months , I’ve been doing several things to successfully lose weight and this supplement seems to be helping along with exercise, cardio- minimum of 3 x week it’s often 4-5 x week and since January 1st I do not eat food after dinner time also high protein and lots of veggies, I used to drink red wine every day with dinner since it has lots of calories I now drink herbal tea and occasionally a little bit of red wine.I have lost 10 pounds by all the many things I’m doing as my lifestyle and I am very happy that this sleep supplement helps me sleep!-sleep is an important part of being healthy and developing a good metabolism

Save your money!
This product absolutely does not work. Let’s start with the melatonin in the product. It didn’t help me sleep at all!! Not one night. Prior to starting this supplement I was taking Mary Ruth’s sleep melatonin which you can take up to two 5mg gummies, I only needed to take one, and I’d fall right asleep on nights I needed it. The 5 mg of melatonin in this product never once put me to sleep and I was taking it daily for the weight loss benefits. I question the quality of melatonin or if there’s any in it. The weigh loss part didn’t work at all and I was watching what I ait and counting calories. I saw no change in weight and was never able to sleep while taking it. If I could give this a zero I would because it doesn’t even deserve one star. I wouldn’t be surprised if the ingredients listed weren’t in the product and it’s nothing more than a placebo.

Sleepy, sleepy
I have taken this for 2 nights. Cannot speak to the weight loss properties yet (obviously), but I do know something is off about it. I have taken other nighttime fat burners, of similar chemical composition, and never dealt with the next day “drunk” or dragging feeling. This stuff, however, has had me dragging for the second day in a row. I sleep great, but cannot get woke up during the day – dozing off at my desk at work, driving, etc. Nothing else has changed (diet, medication, schedule, etc.) except running out of my previous nighttime fat burner and changing to this one.I am going to try to push through for a few more days and see if things improve, but this will likely be my first and last bottle of this.
