Just started using this. Using it as a caffeine supplement in the morning. Make sure to eat a banana or something with it so you won’t feel nauseous. I’m training to lose weight and heard green tea is a good supplement that actually targets the body fat instead of the “fat burners” out there who just shed water weight without actually burning any fat. There are many studies suggesting this. This is my second week with it and it’s been great. Easy to swallow and good quality. Lost 5 lbs since. With heavy training and little dieting.

Slightly smaller capsules
Capsule is slightly smaller than the typical which I appreciate. The green tea capsule is the brown one on the right in the pic compared to a white probiotic capsule on the left. I have been talking green tea for years but first time trying this brand. In a week I haven’t noticed anything different from my old brand so I assume it is working well. Nice big bottle you take 2 so it’s 150 days worth

Know your needs
I would recommend to start off with only 1 pill a day until you develop a routine. Also don’t mix with energy drinks and or drink to much coffee. I worked 16 hrs had 3 cups of coffee and 2 pills I kept up with my work load and felt great, but on a chill Saturday only had one cup of coffee and the 2 pills my pulse did get high and it kept me awake till 4 am the next day. Know your body or have a conversation with doctor prior to starting them.
