Tarvy eye serum
I have always been conscientious about skincare since about age 10 or 11, when I started using my mother’s moisturizer. My grandmother had told me that if you moisturized your face, you would have a nice complexion, and she was right. But my grandmother didn’t disclose any secrets about dealing with under eye puffiness or bags under your eyes as you get older. Of course I use an eye cream, but I’m to a point where I need to step up my game in that area. And that’s us where Tarvy eye serum comes in. I’ve already tried their caffeine serum with the roller ball and loved it, so when I saw they had a caffeine serum that also included retinol, I had to try it. It comes in a two-pack and also has the roller ball applicator. I’m a big fan of this way of applying an eye serum. It feels luxurious and spa-like. When I have time, I also apply reusable silicone under eye patches (they have no product, they are designed to be placed on top of whatever serum you use) and just relax for awhile and let the serum soak in. The serum felt rich and hydrating, but was also gentle. I’m pleased with it and look forward to incorporating it into my skincare routine. I definitely felt refreshed after using it. I found the product to be an excellent value for the money and highly recommend it.

Worked better at minimizing dark circles than puffiness under my eyes.
You get 2 bottles of EYE SERUM FOR DARK CIRCLES in your order. The bottles are ideal for dispensing the right amount of product and make it easy to cover the targeted area. This product has a clear gel-like consistency. It doesn’t mix well with powder concealers or foundations, as it tends to clump and pill if the powder comes into contact with the gel. The product is rolled on via a rollerball. Both the roller and the product feel cooling under your eye, which may help to counter puffiness. The 8% caffeine should also help with this.I actually think this does a better job on dark circles than it does on puffiness. The gel reflects light, and dark circles become less visible when wearing this.I used this on one eye only, to better gauge its ability to reduce puffiness, and after waiting 30 minutes, I could see no improvement on the eye where I applied the gel. Both eyes looked the same. I am not sure what to make of that. It either takes time to produce a gradual, sustained lessening of eye puffiness, or it didn’t work for me. I had expected same-day results on reducing the eye puffiness, but that wasn’t my experience.Two other points are worth noting, which my pictures call attention to.First: Purists might be alarmed by the sheer number of ingredients this product contains. At least they are fully disclosed and listed on the box. It is a lot; many of them I am not familiar with. If you are allergic to anything, you will want to check out what this gel contains.Second: If you look closely at my picture of the 2 identical bottles side by side, you will notice there is a slight variation between the colors of the gel near the bottom. I am convinced it is not the bottle itself, and I know it is not a variation between the light in the photo. It seems to be the product itself. I don’t know what that means, but to me it indicates a potential quality control issue during manufacturing or one bottle being exposed to heat or other environmental inconsistencies while in storage or transit.It is always nice to get 2 containers of a skincare product. You can keep one at home and take the other one along in your purse. It also doubles the value. I think this is reasonably priced, and that it may work for your puffiness better than it did for mine. If you only have dark circles, this is a good option to make them less noticeable.

Wake Up Those Sleepy Eyes!!
I love that this eye serum contains caffeine! The ultimate way to wake up is now the way to wakeup tired, droopy eyes. The roller ball on the container literally glides over delicate under-eye skin and it’s lightweight too. The serum will assist with reducing signs of aging- dark circles, fine lines and puffiness. Give this one a try!!

Interesting concept for the applicator, may not be the best for sensitive skin
As an older lady I do keep looking for that holy grail product to help with my eye wrinkles. This high retinol serum looked like it just might be better than what I am currently using.So this pack of two seems like a good value for the price you pay, it’s a fair amount of product and being in the two bottles it keep smore product fresh so it lasts longer. I first run this through an ingredient checker and for the most part it came back with a green light of good ingredients without much filler. However it was noted that it could be a bit too aggressive using two different retinoids. Also it should be noted that due to the retinol it should only be used at night and due to it’s strength it should be used only a couple nights a week for the skin to build up a tolerance.I first checked it on my inner elbow as I have sensitive and often reactive skin. The serum is a milky white consistence with very little discernable fragrance. The pump applicator dispenses quite a bit of product on one pump and it seems like one pump would be sufficient to do both eyes. The cold metal ball roller feels good and glides well, the serum absorbs quickly and does leave the skin smooth. However I personally was unable to bring myself to let this near my eyes. The allergy test on my elbow gave me a bit more stinging sensation than I was willing to risk on such a delicate area.So this may be a highly effective formula, but know your skin and be cautious with it. It can be a bit stingy and may not be the best for anyone with delicate or sensitive skin.

Love the Roller Ball Design. So Refreshing!
This eye serum combines retinol, caffeine, and collagen to target puffiness, dark circles, and fine lines all in one product. I really love the roller ball applicator it dispenses the serum evenly, feels cooling under the eyes, and avoids the contamination issues that come with dipping into jars. The serum itself feels very hydrating and soothing, and I like using it both at night and on no makeup days. It even comes with two full size products, which is a great value. I’ve just started using it, so I’ll need more time to see visible results, but so far I’m impressed with the formula and packaging.
