FAST RELIEF – This Manuka honey cream soothes dry, irritated, or itchy skin from eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, and more.
NATURAL EMOLLIENT – Manuka honey is a natural emollient with low pH to promote healthy skin and soothe various skin irritations and conditions.
NO NASTIES – Our skin repair cream contains absolutely no fillers, parabens, petroleum, phthalates, or antibiotics. You’ll feel good about using this skin treatment on your children’s skin.
THE SECRET OF THE MANUKA TREE – Our bees draw nectar from the Manuka flowers on our farm in New Zealand and turn it into Manuka honey which contains a compound called Methylglyoxal (MGO).
FAMILY GROWN AND HARVESTED IN NEW ZEALAND – Our farms are monofloral, meaning there’s no cross pollination with other plants, resulting in a very pure Manuka honey for topical use.
Customers say
Customers find the Manuka honey cream effective, noting it works better than steroid creams and helps with eczema relief, with some reporting complete skin healing within one night. The product receives positive feedback for its moisturizing properties, particularly for extremely dry skin and eyelids, and customers consider it better than high-end brands. While some customers report less itching and 90%+ reduction in redness and flakiness, others experience increased irritation. The cream has a strong scent that customers find lovely, but some mention it gets quite sticky.

Smells and works great, slightly sticky due to honey
Smells a bit like orange creamsicle and is slightly sticky even after drying (honey, duh) so might be better with cover, but works really well. Cortisone cream wasn’t stopping the itch of contact dermatitis rash but this stopped it right away and lasted many hours.

Healing magic.
I had a bad wound on my leg. I went to wound care clinic. They started me on Manukah Honey. It completely healed up within a month. I now use it for minor cuts or wounds and they disappear very quickly.

A Thick, Itchy-Spot Hero That’s Sweet on Toddlers (Literally)
I’ve been dabbing FIRST HONEY® Manuka Honey Cream (3.5 oz) on my 2-year-old’s stubborn red/dry/itchy patches for over a year, and it’s been working great! During his teething phase, he drooled nonstop and his cheeks and chin turned into a red, dry disaster zone. I tried several different ointments, and this medical-grade Manuka honey-based formula (30% honey with 600+ MGO for antibacterial punch) performed the best. It targets irritated skin like eczema, rosacea, and dermatitis, and it’s safe for babies with no fillers. While it’s pricey, it works wonders, and transformed his rough patches to soft, smooth skin in just a couple days. Now that teething is over (thank goodness), I apply this cream to the occasional dry eczema spots that pop up on my toddler and it banishes them within a couple days as well. My kid doesn’t have severe eczema, so it may not work for those with more serious cases, but it worked wonders for us. The thicker texture does take a little longer to rub in and leaves a slight stickiness, but it’s manageable. Below, I break down moisturization, texture and feel, scent, ingredients, size, and value for money based on our targeted use. Moisturization: This cream is a powerhouse for spot treatment—calms itchiness and hydrates deeply, turning my toddler’s drool-ravaged cheeks and chin from red, flaky messes to baby-soft in just 1-2 days. A pea-sized dab on his elbows, knees, or face creates a lasting barrier, soothing irritation. It’s not an all-over daily lotion (we use a lighter one for that), but for drool-related dry patches or light eczema, it’s a lifesaver. Texture and Feel: Thick and ointment-like, it spreads with a bit of effort but sinks in without heavy residue—just a protective film. Takes 10-20 seconds to rub into my squirming toddler’s face or limbs, which feels like an eternity in parenting time, but it’s worth it. A touch sticky at first—like the honey it’s made from—but it fades without clinging to clothes or turning into a lint magnet. Scent: A subtle, honeyed sweetness with a warm, earthy edge—think cozy beehive, not sugar overload. It’s mild and fades fast, but my toddler’s convinced it’s candy and tries to lick it mid-application, which is both hilarious and a logistical nightmare. If you’re scent-averse, it might register as too sweet, but I find it pleasant enough. Ingredients: Clean and focused: 30% medical-grade Manuka honey (600+ MGO), shea butter, olive oil, kukui nut oil, jojoba esters, bisabolol, pro-vitamin B5, vitamin E, and minimal emollients like stearyl alcohol and tapioca starch—no parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fillers. It’s EWG-verified low-hazard, non-comedogenic, and safe for toddler skin, with the Manuka pulling double duty on moisture and healing. No red flags, just a solid lineup for sensitive spots. Size: The 3.5 oz tube is compact—about 2 inches wide and 6 inches long, tucks easily into a diaper bag or bedside drawer. A little goes a long way for spot use; we go through one tube every 4-6 months. We usually apply it more often during the winter months when the heat is on, leading to more dry patches that need attention. Value for Money: At around $20 for 3.5 oz, it’s a steep ask compared to basic creams ($10-15), but the fast relief for my toddler’s dry patches justifies it. For targeted use, the longevity stretches the cost, but it’s not a budget pick for all-over slathering. Additional Notes: Warm your fingers for easier spreading, and store in a cool spot to keep the honey stable. It layers well over lighter lotions without pilling. (We pair it with Cetaphil Baby Daily Lotion with Organic Calendula as a base layer.) Keep it out of toddler reach unless you want a sticky snack-time surprise. Conclusion: FIRST HONEY® Manuka Honey Cream is a targeted champ—deeply moisturizing for drool-damaged skin or light eczema, workable thick texture, subtle sweet scent, clean ingredients, practical size, and premium value that delivers itch-free toddler peace. The price and slight stickiness knock it to 4 stars, but it’s a go-to for skin flare-ups fast.

Perfect for scars
Excellent product, I used for my scar of surgery (had a tummy tuck) and this manuka helped me so much to close the scar rightly and fast. It’s thickness yeah, but very very good, and for the price it’s totally worth it!

Didn’t work for us but it may for others!
Well, this may be a good product for many, it irritated my granddaughter’s skin. I’m still unsure why but she became extremely itchy.

Good stuff
My skins was cracking so bad and this stuff was a life saver!! It goes on smooth and thicker but not a greasy thinkness. Bottle size is easy to store and doesn’t take much so it lasts a while

Worth it. Hands down.
Both my kids have eczema, and as any parent battling this knows – every kid is different. What works for one doesn’t always work for the other. For my daughter that tends to get eczema near her bottom and behind her knees, we’ve used Eucerin baby eczema for a while but after it seemed to stop helping, we found this amazing lotion. I first heard of this brand from my sister in law who had given me a tube of the first aid ointment when my son sliced his finger with a hot wheel. Honey has such natural healing properties, and it worked wonders for his finger. When we gave the lotion a try, I found you don’t need a lot, it has a pleasant sweet smell and is thick and stays which is nice. It seems to cover areas thoroughly and so far my daughter hasn’t complained that it stings or caused more itchiness after putting it on.So far it’s a great alternative when she is flaring up (we typically apply after patting dry after a bath). The tube is not cheap, but definitely worth the money.

I’ve had a seriously dry patch on one finger and a patch on my wrist for months now, and have tried various creams to ease it. I have used this cream for just 4 or 5 days and already the skin is healing and is smoother. I have applied it lightly, but regularly, every day – probably 7 or 8 times, and always every time my hands have been in water. It feels like a protective barrier is formed over the skin. I would highly recommend this cream.
