I take one in the morning and one at noon. I was skeptical, but it definitely helps! Some days are better than others. I feel lighter in the stomach, not as bloated. They’ve become part of my “must pack” items while traveling – I just put enough for 2/day in a baggie and pack with me. Just ordered my 2nd bottle.

So, I have purchased this product 17 times. This product use to work great. This product never upset my stomach before. It took me almost a month to realize that my stomach does not like Chromium Chromax. I stopped eating certain foods, thinking that was the cause. But it was not the food I was eating. I loved this product before they made it sugar free and added Chromium Chromax. The day I started taking this product with the new ingredients… I ate a gummy with in a few minutes I became very bloated, gassy and had stomach cramps. Really wish they would not have changed the ingredients. I will not be buying ProbioSlim anymore.
