Beautiful lovely taste omg.. effective too
This is second time ordering and both times very good. I feel better on this tea i be drinking it 2-3x a d ay.. ran out quickly bc i tale like 1/4 cup or more in my loose tea-cup. Best tasting tea ive had but sheeeat i also add 2 grean tea bags and 1 heaping teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon, agave syrup to taste and a splash of whatever milk i have on hand and baby. Baby it TASTE exactly like how that 🦋 butterfly tea be looking!!!!! – if that is you would ‘imagine’ thats how it looks by the taste.. but its actually very brown and ‘muddy’ looking

    Value Healing!! — NO DRUGS!
Hyssop tea is traditionally known for its healing properties but sometimes you wouldn’t know it when it’s stuck in a tea bag and/or you don’t know how to prepare it to get its benefits. This tea is meant to steep for at least 30 minutes before consuming; after which the healing properties have been released for upper respiratory problems, cough, detoxing and a whole host of issues when consumed up to 3x a day. I found my use of this product to be a true and affordable source to its intended hyssop effectiveness. If prepared properly the tea has a bit of a strong and a little bitter taste, but can be easily and best sweetened with stevia or honey. For me I do not need a pricier essential oil version to get the benfeits I need. The packaging does not explicitly state so let me tell you my best way of preparing: I prepare this tea by bringing water to a boil first and then turning the temperature down to simmer. If you are real particular, you can use spring or filtered water. If you are using an electric range top, I wait until the water stops rolling. I then put tea leaves in the water and cover the pot with a well fitted lid (or use aluminum foil wrapped round the lid if needed) because you want to keep the heat in and the liquid from vaporizing away –(that vapor is somewhat the equivalent of the essential oil, so you definitely don’t want that to go to waste. Resist the urge to remove the top from the lid to take a peak; I promise you it will not disappear. You will also want to make sure you keep the heat on the pot at its lowest setting to keep the tea “steeping”– not boiling. Yes this makes for a strong tea, but that is what you want; to extract the value of the hyssop allowing you to maximize extract to consume its benefits. Once the tea has steeped its allotted time, you will want to use something like cheesecloth to strain the tea. Based on your own personal preference add sweetener. I make this tea in batches and store them in mason jars enough for at least 3 days taking a cup at least 3x a day.

The tea is good, but I grew Hyssop for tea some years …
The tea is good, but I grew Hyssop for tea some years ago and the Hyssop I grew had a stronger aroma and taste. As I remember, the taste and smell was quite pungent compare to this. However, I made my tea from freshly grown leaves out of the garden. That might be the reason for the difference. Regardless, this does make a good tea.

  10. Norma

I love the product and taste of excellent. I would have given it a 5 rating but the delivery information was confusing and frustrating in the least. It said it was delivered but didn’t say where it was delivered. It was not at my door. After two phone calls, I found that it was at a parcel pickup service at a pharmacy near me with Canada Post.
