I’ve been taking GABA Theanine 900 mg for a while now, and it has truly made a difference in my sleep. Safe for sobriety (in my expierence)
Im writing this specifically in terms for my recovery/sobriety peeps. I have almost 4 years completely sober, and EXTREMELY serious about my sobriety. I did a good month of research before I found these. I was a little hesitant with my past addiction history, but tried them. I take it when my brain is “too loud,” if im having a lil panic attack, and sometimes to calm my brain and body down at night if I’m full of energy and need to wake up early for work.I personally love them, they’re great. You do NOT feel high, it does NOT give any type of “buzz.” It literally just creates a calming effect on my brain and body. It brings me back to “normal.” (Not too down or anything). I DO reccomend this to people in sobriety – but do your own research, ask your sober peeps, and meditate on it. Don’t take my word – find your own answer. I just wanted to write this because I know I would’ve benefitted from a review like this one when I was searching.
