Pleasant taste, relaxing effect
These are a bit expensive for the amount you get (20 servings) but taste pretty good and are pleasantly relaxing. I bought these because–unlike most sleep supplements–they don’t contain melatonin. These gummies don’t make me feel like I’m super sleepy and about to conk out any second, but I feel really calm after eating them, like my muscles are loose and my mind is quiet. The taste is nice, which is a huge plus. The flavor is a bit like dried oranges and prunes–very slightly tart with a nice fruity quality. I do wish they would either give you more servings per jar, or at the very least put them in a smaller container to be less wasteful. The picture above is after having 2 servings, and the jar is more than half empty. It’s also a fairly thick glass container, which makes it seem high quality, but I’d honestly rather have smaller product packaging and pay less. Even with the oddly small product quantity to packaging ratio, I’m very happy with these, and will be purchasing more!

Quality sleep has been elusive for me, many years now. I have tried various sleep aids. Some achieve better results, and these Gaia sleep gummies have definitely improved my sleep better than others I’ve tried! I really appreciate that they are organic, purity tested and do not contain refined sugars. It’s also a great option for people who don’t do well with melatonin.

These gummies have a pleasant flavor, but they didn’t do much for me to help me sleep. They recommend you take these for 30 days to get the full benefit, but there is only a 20 day supply in the jar.
