I have historically had a tough time getting to sleep. Some nights I would be tossing and turning for a couple hours with my thoughts working overtime. I’d get so wound up I knew sleep was a long way to come. I’m nearly done with my first bottle and just ordered another one. I used valerian root previously but no matter what brand, the capsules smelled so bad and, god help you if you burped, it could ruin a night. These caps are liquid filled. No smell, no talking back. In about 20-30 minutes, I’m drowsy and ready for bed. These are the best!

I take these at night because they relax me and I usually take Passionflower along with it, but there hasn’t been any batches made…So, I am also using gaia CALM ASAP, which is good enough and I really like lavender smell and taste…I advise to purchase this product because of its quality…

I notice a difference when I am not taking this for a period of time. I take this an hour or two before trying to fall asleep and it has made it so much easier. I wake up feeling refreshed and don’t have any crashes throughout the day, also I didn’t experience any side effects with this and they are easy to take.
