I’ve been taking these turmeric supplements consistently for the past 4 months and I can truly feel the difference. (And I’ve taken many different products looking for something to help me function with decreased pain.)The caplets are very big – what I always call “horse pills”. But the coating used helps it go down easily and this should not been a problem for people used to taking pills. Size is like typical vitamin caplets.The price is a bit high for me, but since I am getting results, I will continue to purchase routinely. In fact, I take an extra caplet on days where I’ve been very active and have been in more pain.What is important to emphasize – diet plays a large role in inflammation in the body. Research the foods you should avoid (i.e. sugars), and TRY to eat clean & healthy (no, I’m not vegan, nor do I support a strict vegan diet).This product seems to help with decreasing inflammation in your body.
