You don’t have to use a lot.
I’m on my second bottle of this stuff and I use a little at night on my sore lower back to help me sleep at night. Not sure if it’s really doing a lot for me, but when I use it in conjunction with a bit of tart cherry juice and a delta 8 or 9 gummie I do sleep thru the night. I leave out just one of the components and I usually wake up after 4 hours to pee. Just saying…if it works do it.
