Works great! Goli are little pricey, but the two pack is definitely worth it. Wife sleeps better after taking it. Relaxes the mind. Helps keep her mood more level throughout the day. Gummies have a nice taste, though they are kinda large. Good dose strength. Not many people know, but a lot of ashwagandha products on Amazon have doses way above what is healthy for any grown adult. Need to be careful not to poison yourself with high doses of herbal anything. That all said, gummies are easy to take and it’s like a candy fix for adults when all your supplements are gummies.
