Pretty good supplement
I did feel a bit of a change in my energy levels. What I did find out is if I double the dose, I definitely felt the difference. Unfortunately, most of these companies only give you just enough of the ingredients to where you feel a little bit of a pump. This is an advertising ploy to get you to buy more of the product. Using the dosage that’s on the label. You would have to buy this product once a month and continue to be able to get the minimal results. If you purchase this product twice and use double the dosage you will notice a better difference than if you just bought the amount for the monthly. I’m not saying this is not a good product, but it’s not worth the money that you spend for it. Spend the extra money and find a product that actually gives you a dosage that makes a difference.
