Works!!! Lost weight. Eat better and feel better.
This product is amazing. This is my second time buying this product. I took it for a month and lost More than 20 pounds… I went from 229 to 205. I thought maybe it was in my head bc there was just no way so I didn’t get it the next month and my weight stayed the same fluctuating a few lbs during my period. Then the next month I didn’t buy the pills and I started gaining. And the 3rd month of not ordering Ive ballooned back up to 225. I’m back on the fat burner and noticed that I’m not craving the sweets that I’ve been craving the last few months off of it. When I started them, I craved fruits. I legit ate nothing but fruits and veggies. My husband thought I was crazy. I didn’t know what was happening. I just figured my body must need those things. Who knows. I’ve also noticed that being back on it, I’m less lazy and have more energy. I don’t just lay around in bed when I wake up, I get right up, shower, and start my day. I love this product and I’m so mad at myself for quitting it just “to see if it was the pill” bc now I’m fat as hell again. But from the changes I feel already,it hasn’t been a full week so I haven’t weighed myself yet but I will update, I feel like I did last time I took them. Energy and better eating habits… ummm yes please. I’ll never quit this miracle pill!!!

Exactly what I needed.
TL;DR- mom lost 35lbs has 10-15 to go and wanted a pill that worked similar to Phentermine script. Would recommend as comparable appetite suppressant. Great tool.I am a mom of 3 kids ages 5 and under. Understandably I gained some stubborn weight. Prepregnancy I was a twig, 105lbs and wore a 00 pant size (guys, that’s somewhere around 24-26” hip size. Women’s jeans are weird) after 3 pregnancies and births within 6 years, I was up to 170lbs and wearing a size 11 pant. I jumped 7 pant sizes. It was awful. I stand at 5’3” so that weight REALLY looked bad. I was miserable with myself. I have body dysmorphia, which made it worse, and NONE of my efforts were paying off. No workout or diet was giving me any results. I couldn’t get enough water. Drank too much soda.I went to my doctor and had my bloods done. Came back healthy as a horse. She offered me a script for Phentermine. For those unfamiliar, this is an appetite suppressant and mild energy booster. I gave it a shot. This was at the end of January.Now, beginning of April, I have dropped 35lbs thanks to the assistance of that pill. It helped me limit my calories, crave water, reduce soda (from 6+ daily to a half can in the morning) and it motivated me to keep working.However, Phentermine is meant to be temporary. 6 months maximum. I have been on it two months and decided to see if I could find a more natural replacement that had similar affects on my appetite.I am very familiar with how Phentermine affects me. It takes about 30 minutes to kick in. I have my soda and pill in the morning. Have fruit at lunch and big, healthy meal at (Early) dinner (intermittent fasting style 16:8). I don’t get an energy spurt but I don’t really care. That’s not why I was on it anyway.I took these green tea pills (bottle says two in the morning on an empty stomach) like I would my Phentermine. 30 minutes later it kicked in. Just like Phentermine. I’ve had my Apple. I’ve been craving water. While I’d say the effects aren’t *as* strong as my prescription appetite suppressant, I WOULD say this is a VERY comparable alternative. I’m really really pleased with how it’s working. This is not a cure all, it’s a tool to use. Pair this with lowering your calories and choosing better foods (my favorite switch is buying bakery fresh bread vs packaged. Way better. Just freeze it!) will definitely help you reach your goals so long as you have no underlying medical issues causing weight problems.

Below is my initial review, this is my update to that regarding taking 2 capsules vs. 1I find that, for me personally, taking 2 is too much stimulation. It took me about one full week of taking 1 capsule each morning to build a tolerance before I can take two. With two, I do not feel jittery at all BUT the surge of energy made me feel a bit light headed and at times nauseous. My work outs were GREAT and I sweat like crazy which is of course wonderful for burning fat but I didn’t like the “coming down” feeling which is a milder version of an energy crash which I did not get taking only one capsule.Since I avoided drinking caffeine for aprox 3-4 hours after taking ONE capsule I find that I can probably take one and have a small cup of coffee and get a similar effect as taking 2 without the lightheadedness or crash.As of this update I do not see any changes in my body but I feel that those changes will come within the next few weeks.Again this is my personal experience and anyone purchasing this should make their own adjustments.****************************************************I am writing this after taking the supplement one time and these are just my initial thoughts, I will write a second review describing results (if any).Firstly, anyone with caffeine sensitivity should NOT take 2 supplements at once. I have a cup of strong coffee every day, before sugar detox I would also have one or two 8oz Red Bull’s in addition to this so, I have a fairly high tolerance for caffeine and stimulants. Trying this for the first time I decided to take ONE supplement on an empty stomach and within 30 min or so I felt extremely alert. I can’t describe the feeling as jittery but I was definitely energized. I was able to walk my dog, clean up around the home, do laundry and get in a 40 min work out all within 3 hours of taking it. I still have some energy to spare.I believe this is something that will take some time to build a tolerance to and taking two supplements is out of the question at the moment. Hopefully I see results soon.

Over 8 months I lost 18 pounds with exercise and diet. Green Tea have “stabilize” my system. Various functions are normal with no upsetting my processing. It is more satisfying.Those that expect a miracle….perhaps a Fitness store rather than whine.

The bottle said it is used to temporary promote alertness and wakefulness and to enhance cognitive performance! The seller then applied their own sticker on the bottle referring to it as Green Tea Weight loss pills/ belly fat burner , metabolism booster & appetite suppressant. This product is being sold under false pretenses by the seller and to top it off you can’t return it even in its original packaging . Don’t buy

Received my purchase of Green Tea Weight Loss Supplement. These really do “STOP CRAVINGS’. No jittery feelings. I take 1 with my breakfast, then 30 minutes later I take the 2nd capsule. I recommend you keep yourself well hydrated with water throughout the day. I drink at least 2000 mg each day. Too early to say anything about weight loss yet, as I’m only on my 2nd day. I would definately purchase again. Thanks Amazon
