Worth the try, serving size seems excessive
It feels like it was a worth a try.The pills have no taste and smell a bit. Size seems a bit exaggerated along with its serving size suggestion. I rather take one pill and not 3 a day. Following the suggestions would only yield about 10 days of product worth. Also some daily values are above the recommended according to the its label.I have not have any side effects or irritation.—update—-I miss read the label, there is 90 capsules per bottle. So the bottle should last about a month. I’ve also noticed that eating something while taking them makes my stomach make less noises.

Whenever I start binge drinking, my blood pressure goes up really high. High. Trying to cut back on the weekend drinking and get back in shape. I have my own blood pressure cuff which is pretty accurate based on comparing it to my doctor’s readings. The trick is to keep the cuff near your heart and not below it. I’ve been taking this for over 2 weeks now. Everyday. My blood pressure is dropped 5 points and I have not really slowed down on drinking on the weekends. But that’s going to start this weekend now that the national championship games are over!

My mom is 65 and has been suffering from hot flashes for over a decade now. Blood pressure medicine helps her a lot but her prescription is too costly for her even with Medicare.While these don’t help as well as her prescription blood pressure meds she does say she has noticed the hot flashes aren’t as bad or lasting as long since she started taking these a few weeks ago.And they are a lot more affordable than her prescription

Great list if ingredients. Seems to work.
I have tried these for just over a week now and it seems that they are helping. I have always had slightly high blood pressure and hate the way medications make me feel. When I am stressed with work (always) I sit around 140/90. After about a week with no other lifestyle changes I am seeing a slight benefit. I am 132/85 as of today. I like the fact that this combination of vitamins and supplements does not make me feel medicated. I will continue using these and will update if anything changes. As of now, I recommend this supplement.The capsules are a bit on the large size, but are easy to swallow. They have no bad taste or smell.
