Super convenient combo supplement!
I love these for my family. Its so easy to just throw these in mine and my husbands lunch box when making lunch at night. I love that this combines both the high fiber gummy along with vitamins, prebiotics and some mushrooms! The gummies have a better taste than I had expected which is nice. I like that the bag is big enough to last us more than just a few days. Some packs do seem to be a bit more oily than others but overall most were drier than other gummies I’ve tried.

So far so good. The taste isn’t great but not horrible either, very vitaminy and a bit earthy tasting. I’m only on day 2 of 4 gummies a day and I can already feel it helping my gastrointestinal issues. As I go I will increase to the 8 a day most likely.

Perfect desk treat
Wow, I’m absolutely loving gruns as an afternoon treat that gives me a little pick-me-up for the final bit of the work-day without making me jittery or tired. I’m super prone to forgetting to take vitamins, so by keeping a bag by my desk I’ve been able to fit them into my routine consistently. I love the taste (remind me a bit of a tasty green smoothie) and texture, and feel like my digestion is great with these in my routine. I prefer the sugar free version but the low sugar version is good too. The only thing that I’m iffy on is the smell when you open the packet, but I find it less strong with the sugar-free version for some reason. That said, the smell has stopped bothering me, so if you’re also sensitive to smells, I would just give it a few days. Definitely am keep gruns in my routine for both the health benefits but also just because I enjoy eating them

Cleans the system
This is amazing! I have struggled with constipation my whole life. This is the best product I have found with all natural ingredients and causes no pain. Just comfortable relaxing regularity and the taste is just fine. Not grossly sweet. I noticed a difference the next day and have taken them for a week so far.

Absolutely incredible product. I could probably write a novel about how much I like these gummies but I feel like a “top 3 best features” might be more convincing and helpful to a curious shopper. I’m going to skip the obvious which is duh, they are tasty.1) Grüns truly helped ELIMINATE my cravings for a popsicle/ice cream/chocolate bar or other sweet “before bed” treat. This feature seems to work like magic because within a week of eating a packet of these once a day after dinner I just witnessed my sweet tooth vanish.2) If you are like me and thrive on a home made smoothie for breakfast, it can monotonous to always pack that full serving of greens into your berry blend. With my grüns I can switch up my smoothies and enjoy my greens “on the side” with my gummy bear sweet treat and not feel like I am cheating by skipping the kale that day.3) I am in the hospital this week, recovering from surgery and I absolutely stuffed my hospital bag with my grüns. Hospital food, road trip snack stops and airplane meals all leave me feeling…bleh. The convenience of these single serving bears makes it super easy to get your multivitamins into your body even in the most inconvenient environments, and they make me feel good and reduce the bloating I experience wheh I’m eating unfamiliar meals.5 stars- would reccomend to literally anyone who wants to improve their health and curb sugar cravings.
