I inherited a bad digestive system from my mom side as well as my dad’sI’m always having to try to find things that help me with my digestive system that’s natural.This product by itself does not have a very good taste, but if you will blend local honey and cinnamon in with the oat milk, it taste amazing

My favorite protein shake!
This is the one! I’ve tried different brands but this is my favorite. I love the vanilla flavor. It’s easy on my very picky stomach. I drink it daily. Mix with 1/2 frozen banana, tablespoon of almond butter and teaspoon of cocoa powder. It’s my breakfast and lunch. Yum!

It gave me horrible gas & constipation
I really wanted to like this product. I was excited about adding plant-based protein into my morning routine. I gave it a fair shake (no pun intended) and added it to my breakfast smoothie every morning for 12 days. First off I’m not a huge fan of the flavor. (I bought vanilla) The texture is somewhat gritty also. I found that if I added an avocado and some fruit that helped with the texture in and hid the taste of it but it wasn’t my favorite. The bigger issue was that I immediately started to have terrible gas with both intestinal discomfort and the smell of the gas was horrific. Like I could a clear room and hurt my own nose. I also was having issues with constipation. I toughed it out for 12 days to see if my system would balance out but I gave up when I decided that it was getting worse and not better. Kudos to those it works for but I have a feeling some of the ingredients were not agreeing with my system. Particularly xanthan gum. Luckily they have a 90 day guarantee return policy so good for them on that.

What can I say?
After watching the “Gone with the Wind” length video I decided to try this product for a month. I’ve hit the same “Lose weight to a certain weight and hit a wall” predicament Dr. Gundry described in his full-length movie.So, I ordered a package of chocolate-flavored shake, and set up a subscription for monthly deliveries.The delivery date comes and goes, but no shipment. I waited a few days, then came to Amazon to see what’s up.Turns out the chocolate flavor is on back order. Not a word from Amazon about being on back orderI thought, “fine, I’ll cancel the chocolate, and order the vanilla.So I got it a few days ago, and I’m doing one a day, mixed with 8 ounces of chocolate almond milk.I put the milk in a glass, add a scoop of powder, then use my push up and down hand mixer and start mixing. And mixing. And mixing.I’m going to assume I have to do it in a shaker jar, because my little tasmanian devil hand mixer doesn’t put a dent in this stuff. We’ll see.The flavor is nothing to write home about, and I haven’t noticed much of a difference with the offload action, but I’m going to keep going and see what happens.Dr. Gundry says this shake got him past the roadblock of weight loss, but so far no such luck for me.It better do something, because I’m not going to spend half a C note every month to mess with it if it doesn’t do anything.Time will tell.Edit: 22 mar 25 5th reorder. I have this on auto reorder, and I gotta say it’s a little aggravating to see the price increase by a few dollars every time I buy it. If it goes up again, I’m done. It’s good, but it’s not THAT good.

Not ideal but serves a purpose
Overpriced, low protein, and not a fan of the vanilla flavor (way to sweet) BUT this item serves a purpose – I do not use this as a shake. I use 1/2 scoop to sweeten an unflavored, coconut milk alternative yogurt made by So Delicious that Gundry recommends as it is super gut friendly for me and contains no sugar. I add fruit and nuts as well.

For people with constipation l think the product is delitious if you like the chocolate taste. The effectiveness is very good. .
