Learn how to get your gut health where you want it with this book
This is a very well written and in depth guide on gut health and how to reset your microbiome. I’m always interested in got health as it is such a major part of our overall health, and this book does a fantastic job of breaking down different diet techniques which are in all the books I’ve read on gut health. What it also does is it breaks down lifestyle changes things that you can do like breathing exercises and yoga, and also gives good tips on joining communities where other folks have got issues while also verifying any information you find. I also really like the gut health guide at the end and there are some simple recipes to make got friendly foods like fermented carrots. Overall it’s a very good read.

This is a great book about Gut Health! It explains what foods are good for balancing gut health, and how gut health affects so many things, including brain clarity! I love the explanations of prebiotics and probiotics, and the examples of both. The idea of doing a Food Sensitivity journal is great. At the end of the book there are great recipes. I found this book very helpful!!
