UPDATE: So Ive now been using this for 2 months & take 3x/day (1 before each of 3 meals) & can now say with certainty, this product is essential for anyone diagnosed with pre-diabetes! In 6 weeks, my a1c went from 5.9 to 5.4! I ran out 2 weeks ago & my sugar/carb cravings came back with a vengeance. I’ve now subscribed for auto delivery so I’ll never be without! I also take organic Ceylon cinnamon, before breakfast for extra support. Carb cravings diminished 88%!I was using a supp with just Gymnema. It tasted horrible and despite its taste it did nothing to quell my need for sugar (in the form of starches for me). This product is the BOMB! It helped to calm my craving for all things glucose (no, it didn’t eliminate it but stopped those crazy pulling-my-hair-out moments). I even lost some belly fat & in part I think this supp helped.

I should have read the description better
This pill did absokutely nothing for my blood sugar. If I had read before buying I would have noticed it says helps maintain for people with normal blood sugar. In other words it won’t lower your sugar. I need natural things that will help LOWER my sugar. So this product is not worth the expense for me with type 2.
