Love this protein shake. All that is necessary is to add water. Tastes very good. Add fruit, and ice to make it milk shake consistency. My favorite is chocolate shake powder , a frozen banana and PB 2 powder plus ice. Blend. Delicious , nutritious and reasonable calories.

HMR shakes are the best for weight loss
I have been using HMR shakes for over 25 years. I use them to lose weight when it’s crept up a bit to much for my liking and help me shed the pounds easily with out thinking to much about it. I highly recommend HMR shakes if you are trying to lose a significant amount of weight over a good period of time. Of course you’ll need to exercise but the HMR shakes make it easy to see the weight come off and keep you motivated. The chocolate shake is by far the best tasking shake they have and I would dare say the best on the weight loss market. And I have tried a lot.

This is the best weight loss shake I have ever tried! I make it with diet soda or any of the one serving pouches of fruit flavoring sold to go into a bottle of water. I also mix 3 paclets of orange Kool-Aid in a 2 liter bottle, with no sugar. Make in a blender with ice cubes. I lost 50 pounds in 5 months! The chocolate mix is also delicious with any of the fruit flavors. I makes a filling shake as many as you want in a day, along with a sensible meal. Go for it!

Loved this shake. This is the first caramel shake mix that actually tastes like caramel. No chalky aftertaste, not too sweet and no sucralose sweetener, which was one reason I wanted to try this. I will definitely be buying it again.

I love these shakes. HMR is offered at the medical center I work for . However it’s a medically supervised program. Considering we can buy without belonging to specific program is a deal . The taste I do love . Add some fruit . Keep in mind it’s a meal replacement not a protein mix. And you blood sugar never drops . If you have a balanced diet you will loose weight. Even if just having one shake a day.
