My doctor suggested Ashwagandha for sleep. I have read lots about Ashwagandha and its many great benefits but to have a doctor suggest was a positive thing over some sort of chemical medication. I’ve been feeding this to my hamster for about 2 months and she’s now the size of a raccoon. I bit snappy now as she about took off Aunt Mildreds fingers when she tried to feed her a cheeto. We mostly keep her chained up on the front porch but Amazon stopped delivering to our house when she went after the drivers ankle
