Great Energy Boost

Very effective and very easy to cut into quarters
These are great and work exactly as I hoped. I was a little wary of the green tea extract, but it’s not noticeable so you basically just get the caffeine which is all I wanted anyway. These pills are very easy to cut into 1/2 (100mg caffeine) or 1/4 (50mg caffeine) if you don’t drink coffee or otherwise have a tolerance level that needs the full 200mg. I use a safety pill cutter, but it’s just a razor blade in a plastic box so a regular razor blade would do fine too. You don’t want to let the cut edges/inside of the pill stay in your mouth long because it’s pretty gross as it dissolves, but if you swallow it straight away there’s no taste issue. For me, 1/4 of a pill takes about 45 minutes to really kick in, although if I’m sitting still during that time, I won’t notice it until shortly after I get up and move a little. It’s quite consistent in timing, so you can use it 45 min before a workout to be raring to go, at the start of a workout to get a second wind 45 minutes in, or anywhere in between.

Great energy, cost effective, no hard crash!
I love these caffeine pills. I’ve been taking this brand for about two years now. I honestly can say I very rarely buy coffee now because it’s just so much easier to take one of these little caffeine pills and save so much money! For me, there’s no hard crash at the end and I also feel like, they work pretty quickly and don’t last in my system forever so I don’t worry about trying to fall asleep at night. I’ve tried caffeine pills in the past and they give me that shaky anxiety feeling but these ones I have had no problem with! If you’re a caffeine/energy addict like I am, I highly suggest these caffeine pills.

Good product, but developed resistance to it quickly
At first these pills worked really well. I have very quickly developed a resistance to them so they don’t really lift me like they did at first.Probably no fault of the product, but I think it might be advisable to alternate between a couple of different type types of caffeine pills

Potency is Questionable in my experience
I purchased these about 2+ months ago as a switch from a different brand of caffeine pills I had previously ingested for years. I obviously cannot do a quantitative chemical analysis of this drug potency, but as someone who has used caffeine tablets for years I can say that the listed potency (200 mg) seems to be exaggerated. I have used 200 mg caffeine tablets in the past and I can ‘feel’ the effects of ~50 mg +|- If I had to guess based on my anecdotal experiences, I would suggest that this product is roughly 100 mg of caffeine vs. the advertised 200mg listed on the bottle. Just be aware of this if you’re planning to use this product.
