I do feel more energized.
First, I’m a 52 yr old woman. I started taking this when I could no longer drink as much coffee because it worked against staying hydrated, which I need for medication I take.And I was getting headaches from not having as much caffeine so… when I found this, it ticked the box. And I definitely needed more energy.I have only been taking this for about 3 weeks but almost immediately I felt better in the mornings.

Ok so…. I don’t know if it’s me or the product, but each time, without fail, when I’ve taken this product I quickly feel exhausted and groggy and slow and sludgy. I feel like I have taken sleep meds. This is NOT normal for me. Generally I don’t drink a ton of coffee. But I have had a lot of soda or tea etc in the past and never felt this way having caffeine before.I suggest caution when taking as it may not go how you hope. Every body is different and this product did NOT work as an energy boost for me.The positive – it works as a gentl appetite suppression… Other products that are specific to be appetite suppression make me extremely nauseated. These do not. They just make me more sleepy than hungry.

I take two in the morning, and sometimes one in the afternoon, and I do notice a difference in energy if I don’t have them. I’ve been taking them for a few months now and plan to keep it up. I did, however, have my wife try one and it didn’t seem to do anything for her.
