Decided to try this because I noticed anytime I ate anything I instantly got bloated and felt bad. I also had some noticeable mood swings for quite a while and assumed it was tied to the poor gut health. I’ve been taking this for about a year now and I love it. It took my body about 2 weeks to get used to it and since then I’ve felt so much better. No digestion issues after eating (no matter what the meal is!) and mood swings are gone. I have noticed a BIG difference since using this supplement. I ran out after the first month. Within a week of not using this, I started to have symptoms of hot flashes and things return. Prior to taking these I was trying everything to lose some perimenopause weight. I was already experiencing some hot flashes and my stomach always looked bloated. I have insomnia. I was doing an intermittent fasting program and counting calories as well as exercising daily for an hour. The scale never moved no matter what I did. I started to take these pills and honestly I had to take it regularly for at least a month before I started to see changes and started losing weight. My hot flashes are pretty much gone and I sleep better too. I feel overall better. I will contribute these changes to these pills because I didn’t really see any changes unless I started to take these regularly. However i don t think taking the pills alone would help me lose weight. It may have helped to kick start whatever is going on in my body so that the results match the work that I have been doing. I did give these pills a 4 out of 5 because the results were not immediate for me. At first I didn’t think it helped but I decided to continue taking it because I know sometimes herbal ingredients must be taken over time to be effective. I’m glad I did!

Worst product ever!
Update: After getting off these pills, I offered them to my friend who has menstrual problems. She has different issues than I do so she was interested to see if these pills helped her. After just five doses, she experienced uncontrollable rage, anger, and sobbing. She is a calm person who rarely gets angry and certainly never gets in a rage. Seriously, these pills are BAD NEWS!! They are going in the trash now.I read the glowing reviews for these supplements and I just don’t get it. I have taken them for just THREE DAYS and here is what happened.I haven’t had an issue with acne in ages. After one dose I started getting acne on my jaw line. After three days, I am in a full breakout.I have developed a football sized rash on my torso. It burns and itches. The only change in my world is me consuming these pills, so it would seem like it is connected.I was having hot flashes during the day, but not at night. My daytime hot flashes have more than doubled and I suddenly started having them at night now, waking up with soaked sheets from the sweat.I have gained 6 pounds in three days with zero change in my eating and exercise habits. SIX POUNDS IN THREE DAYS!!!I am super bloated at the top of my stomach and I look pregnant.I am irritable and cranky and have noticed I was snapping at people for no reason.I am getting no sleep because of the hot flashes, so I am exhausted.My back is absolutely killing me the way it does when I am on my cycle, but I am NOT on my cycle.My conclusion? I’m 46 y.o and after starting to struggle with a lot of premenopausal symptoms and taking other supplements, this one was the best option. I’ve been taking it for a few months and notice a lot of improvements: better mood, better energy and not feeling bloated anymore. I’ve recently had a blood work done and the estrogen level was regular after being super low. It doesn’t seem to regulate my period but I’m not having the horrible PMS symptoms anymore. I’m happy and I’ll keep taking it with some other things that doctor suggested like Omega 3, COQ10, magnesium. It has no smell, no taste and it’s very affordable, but it could be a little smaller for some people, I have no problems swallowing anything. I recommend this product!
