Great for Hormonal Acne over 40
I love these pills. I’m over 40 and this year been suffering from hormonal acne on my forehead and these keep me pretty clear with maintaining a pretty healthy diet and drinking lots of water. Try them. No upset stomach and you can take them without food. Pills size easy to swallow

Skin is thriving, but the pill size is criminal
Currently on my 2nd bottle so I’ve been taking this supplement for 6 weeks now and have def noticed an improvement with my hormonal acne. Didn’t experience a purge — nothing out of the ordinary, just cleared up slowly and calmly. BUT the pills are huuuge and it’s literally the only reason I’m giving 4 stars.. I’ve been pushing through it bc the results have been great, but once I finish this bottle, I’m tapping out. If my acne flares up again, I might reluctantly order another. Hum, PLS make a smaller pill version!

caused severe cystic acne
BUYER BEWARE! This broke me out in severe cysts that have caused significant scarring. I do have hormonal acne prone skin that I’ve managed with inositol but this product has wrecked my skin. The first week I felt so sluggish and not like myself at all, almost like I was fighting a bug. Super lethargic. Then, huge painful cysts started cropping up all over my face. I even broke out on my back and my chest which I very rarely do. I don;t understand how this is classified as a “purge”. Whatever. Never buying these again.

Clearer skin within one week
This product has been amazing for my son’s. They both have severe acne/blackheads. Using this product daily helped to clear their skin in just one week! I highly recommend this product if you have tried multiple cleansing washes with no results.
