Best B vit mix, I have found so far. I’ve been using this brand for around 3 months now and I love the methylated forms they use (so many companies go cheap/low quality and use Cyanocobalamin, which is derived from Cyanide) the mix and doses of each ingredient are really good, and that they are a good price. If you are someone that can’t swallow large pills, this is perfect for you, they are very small and the dose calls for 2 tabs daily. Great dosing strength for energy levels.

Cheapest B Vitamins I could find with Coenzyme Bs which make a TON of difference for me in terms of preventing fatigue.But cheap doesn’t mean poor quality. These are just as good, if not better, than brands where I paid more for half or a quarter supply of pills.You might not feel great after taking them on an empty stomach and they taste kind of weird. But, that’s B vitamins for you. No brand is going to change that.Highly recommend.

Ottimo integratore di vitamine del complesso B, che si presentano tutte in forma attiva e quindi adatte anche a chi e’ portatore di mutazione MTHFR. Le concentrazioni di ogni vitamina B sono elevate, quindi adatte a ripristinare le carenze in fretta. Il fatto che il dosaggio per adulti sia di due compresse al giorno permette di utilizzare una compressa per eventuali bambini presenti in famiglia, oppure di usare una compressa per adulti come dosaggio di “mantenimento”. (Leggere i dosaggi consigliati sull’etichetta del prodotto).Le compresse sono piccole e facili da inghiottire con acqua.
