Fantastic gut regulator
Nobody likes to talk about it. Constipation. Diarrhea. Messy bathroom wipe time. It’s taboo. But someone needs to talk about it — just here, just now.I tried this supplement on the advice of my family doctor. I’ve tried a lot of products that are supposed to “keep you regular”. This is the ONLY one that actually achieves that. I know this technically isn’t a laxative. But this is the _only_ thing that addresses severe chronic constipation brought on by continued exposure to our typical American diet that includes too much meat, too many carbs and not enough veggies. (Of course only *you* can fix that, by the way. You’re doctor isn’t going to be there to slap your hands away from that half-pie of double-cheese, double-meat pizza or pint of high-fat ice cream.)Fat-drenched foots, Chicken nuggets, Pizza or pasta and soda every night from grade school through college or technical school is a recipe for constipation as a young adult and worse later in life. And that’s a lot of us in the US. If this is you, and you end up straining to go — or just can’t go — and then you have to go *immediately* at the peril of your own cleanliness, all I can say is give this stuff a try.Frankly it’s gentler and more effective without causing explosive bathroom episodes or diarrhea that stimulant laxatives, magnesium-based products and even some fiber-based products can cause. Less messy. Not a lot of wipe up. You just go.That said, it’s awfully expensive. The more you can get your food-intake under your own control, the sooner your body will be able to self regulate.(I am not a doctor. I am basing this review on my own experience. Your mileage may vary.)

Excellent for anyone’s digestive system
Works excellent. Most people should be taking this. Works extremely well to digest steak and other food that our bodies have a tough time breaking down. You aren’t getting any nutrients if you aren’t properly digesting it. This was something our naturopath asked us to get. We keep a baggy of them in the vehicles when eating out. We eat mostly organic and some foods just don’t digest well.

I have had issues with digesting my food correctly for a long time. Sometimes people feel that just because they use the bathroom at least once a day, that this is a tell all for good digestive health. Not true. It wasn’t until I started my nutritional journey with a licensed nutritionist that I learned that you can be using the bathroom and not releasing what you’re supposed to release. These pills help your body keeping the nutrititious parts of your food and be rid of the rest. This means that you are getting the best out of your diet when you take these pills. This pill will not magically rid you of thr bad in crappy food. This will help you if you have a good diet. Otherwise, don’t expect it to do miracles for you if you are eating pizza, burgers and chinese food.

This product was recommended by my doctor for digestive problems. At first I was hesitant to take it because it contains milk, and I am sensitive to dairy. However, I found it was not enough to cause a problem and I did find that my digestion improved over time. However, it also could be because of other things I was taking. With so many people sensitive to dairy these days, why would a company include that in a digestive aid.

Game changer
Acid reflux and heartburn have been my constant companion for the last 30 years. My digestive system doesn’t produce certain enzymes (at all/in sufficient amounts).This is hereditary and I have to restrict what and when I eat. Losing favorite foods, such as avocados, white grapes, cheese, lately beef and (of all things) rice.Taking one of the pills after a cheat meal makes all the difference. No acidity issues, nor cramps. Some gas, though. So you might want to refrain under certain circumstances.I’ve had one case where I simply ate too late in the evening and about 30-60 min later started feeling uncomfortable. I took a pill, then, and it prevented what would probably have been a miserable night of cramps.Obviously, moderation is highly advisable and I mostly still avoid certain foods. But it’s good to know that if I really want to have that steak, I can.I hope this helps. Please don’t ask me any follow-up questions since I never check for replies. Also, I am not a medical professional and I would suggest you see your doctor if you have issues.

excellent product
My daughter has a digestive system that is not strong. To help support it,she uses Panplex enzymes to aid digestion so she can get much needed nutrients from thefood she eats.I also need an enzyme but take a different one. So if you think you do need one, butthe first one you try doesn’t seem to help or is too strong, try another product witha slightly different combination of components. These really help. If you have allergiesthis type of a product can help that too from what I have found.
