I have been taking this product for at least 3 years. Used to sell Isagenix, but it’s def less expensive on here. I was someone that has issues with regularity. Well no more! I take 3-4 daily and it’s simply an awesome product that cleans you out like nothing I’ve tried before! It’s not like a colon cleanse which is not supported by doctors because of their laxative like properties. My gastro doc has no problem with me taking this supplement daily and it works like a dream for anyone who isn’t regular. Obviously you adjust the dose to your own needs, but taken nightly you will wake up and be as regular as you can get!
