Excellent product!
Excellent product! I think it really helps me sleep. I rub it on the bottom of my feet before bed. I definitely notice a difference. It doesn’t smell and it’s not too greasy.

I use magnesium lotion after my nightly shower to relax.
Magnesium is so important for everyone as a daily supplement. I read the book “ The Magnesium Miracle” by Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. Magnesium is an essential mineral to help guard against heart disease, stroke, osteoporosis, diabetes, depression, arthritis and asthma. I take about 500 mg of magnesium malate daily along with the magnesium lotion at night. One more thing… it helps you to have regular bowel movements!

This lotion is the best I’ve found. Morley Robbins recommended this brand in his book – “CURE” – so I purchased a bottle to increase all avenus of magnesium intake. Helps with sleep, topical Mg uptake and hydrates skin beautifully.

lotion in pump is like concrete
The cream would not exit the pump on the bottle. Had to pry the top off in order to get any lotion out. Hopefully what is in the bottle will not dry and become solid like what was in the very top of the bottle. Don’t know if I would ever buy again.

Defective pump
My pump stopped working so assumed it was empty, out of curiosity I cut the top off. To my surprise there was approximately 1/3 of the bottle of lotion still in the dispenser. So happy I cut the top off such a waste!!! Otherwise I love the lotion and it does work!!!
