Finally a healthy cookbook with recipes that I haven’t seen anywhere else! Creative, thoughtful dishes in a user friendly cookbook that you want front and center in your kitchen right now. Great ideas
I tried the turkey/ pepper nachos with guests and before they even finished eating dinner they ordered their own copy of this book. I had bought this as a gift for my MIL when it first came out and she enjoyed trying the fish recipes. I loved the nachos so much I’ve made them 3 times in a month.

I saw Joy Bauer on the Today show making some recipes from her new cookbook. The recipes are so healthy and not too labor intensive. My husband and I had fun trying some of Joy’s recipes while sheltering at home!

Lots of recipes
I made 1 recipe so far, since I just got it, the spaghetti squash mac and cheese….AMAZING!!! So excited to try other recipes. I value the book because there is no fluff, the ingredients seem pretty “normal” or could be altered to your liking, there is all the nutrition information for each recipe, some pictures which I prefer, they seem like easy to follow recipes, etc. These are some of the things I value in a cookbook so this has them. The recipes seem like a good collection. So I feel as though I will actually make many of them and not just a couple as some “healthy cooking ” cookbooks have let’s say…interesting recipes, these seem to be things I will make that will actually be good.
