Need more calcium and prefer to take vitamins separately. Tablet are big but I can swallow them. They so crush easily if you prefer (I used a coffee bean grinder). Calcium citrate is easier on my stomach than carbonate.

What I thought I was buying was a 1000 mg tablet. What I got were these giant huge tablets and you have to take three a day for that dosage😖😖😖😖😖😖 I will never ever buy these again and I hope I can save someone else from being conned
