I will buy these gummies again.
I waited to take this ACV for a couple of weeks before writing a review. So,I take 2 of this in the morning and I don’t feel hungry all day. I haven’t really lost weight but I typically don’t lose weight easily either. This ACV is effective in curbing my appetite and when I take it, I have no craving for sweets. Actually, anything sweet or salty tastes way too sweet or way too salty in my mouth. The gummies themselves taste good. It’s recommended to take 2 before each meal but the most I have taken in 1 day is 4. I like that it is in gummies form,makes it very easy to consume. This is a good version for anyone who doesn’t like the taste of the liquid AVC. The quality is good but because of the heat tho,the gummies tend to stick together but it’s easy to separate them with a fork or spoon (or your fingers if you have long ones). I definitely will be buying this again, the price is okay.

Not advisable for people who have an ulcers or acid reflux because of the apple cider vinegar, and once you take this make it sure to drink a plenty of water so you won’t feel the burn in your stomach, also after i experience the appetite suppress the b12 gave me hunger instead of controlling my appetite so its a waste of money for this kind of keto gummies. Cos you suppose not feel hungry and to get loose a weight and not to get hungry, so that is my only cons about this.
